National REACH Coalition Submits Comment on a Proposed New Health Literacy Definition for Healthy People 2030

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) invites comments on a proposed new health literacy definition for Healthy People 2030. National REACH Coalition has submitted comments and can be read here. You have until August 5, 2019 to submit comments in the Federal Register.

Cochrane Review Cites Several REACH Projects

The Cochrane Review,  a global independent network of researchers, professionals, patients, carers and people interested in health, examined the coalition model to address disparities, and community coalition-driven interventions to reduce health disparities among racial and ethnic minority population. The 2015 review cited several REACH projects.
